We are excited to announce that ABC Greater Houston will be accepting entries for its First Annual Diversity Excellence Awards to recognize members that display exemplary diversity leadership in their company, workforce, supply chain, and community with best-in-class recruitment policies, retention practices, and training and mentoring programs.
Winners of the ABC Greater Houston Diversity Excellence Awards will be recognized at the ABC Greater Houston Excellence in Construction Awards celebration on Thursday, October 28, 2021, at The Ballroom at Bayou Place in Houston, Texas, and again at the Diversity & Inclusion Membership Breakfast on Friday, November 12, 2021. In addition, this is an excellent opportunity to also start on your organization’s submission for the National Inclusion, Diversity & Equity Excellence Awards.

Adrienne Trimble, Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer for Sysco Corporation, is a well-known thought leader for advancing corporate diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Trimble brings to this position the same executive vision and record of achievement that defined her remarkable career as the former President & CEO of The National Minority Supplier Development Council and Executive Leadership at Toyota North America.
